Obama seems to be optimistic with the economy’s return towards stability after his inaugeration. But no one likes uncertainty, with the risky securities, the fall of the housing market, and increasing unemployment rate, there is no apparent incentive, there is hope for equity but its a question the amount of time that determines whether there is security in investments.
